This warranty does not cover cosmetic deterioration caused by normal wear and tear or damage caused by accident, misuse, or neglect. Taking the product apart (or its accessories) will render the warranty invalid.
PartyWithKelly can only process returns or exchanges for items bought on PartyWithKelly.shop. If a purchase was made with another vendor or any website other than PartyWithKelly.shop, the customer should contact the distributor or initiate the return process on that specific website.
